Diet for “procreation” was developed by scientists from the University of Sydney (Australia), according to the source.
They found that for a successful conceiving a child, men and women need to eat differently. Thus, for men it is better to eat more carbohydrates, while women should prefer protein foods.
A sample list of recommended products looks like this. Men: pasta, soy, beans, mushrooms, rice, peas, bran cereals, green vegetables and red fruits. Women: meat (lamb, beef, veal, poultry), fish, dairy products, oatmeal, beans, germinated wheat grains.
